3. Account Registration & Security

4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be requested at any time by verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1 business day. ab4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts that exceed the standard BDT thresholds set at the platform level. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Withdrawal requests made in connection with active responsible gaming restrictions (e.g., during a self-exclusion period) will not be processed until the restriction period has concluded, except where permanent account closure has been requested.
4.3 Refused Transactions
ab4444 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal in the following circumstances:

4.4 Cryptocurrency Deposits & Conversions
Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, BTC) are converted to BDT at the market exchange rate at the time of on-chain confirmation. ab4444 applies a conversion spread that covers processing costs; this spread is disclosed within the deposit interface prior to confirmation. Once a cryptocurrency deposit has been converted to BDT and credited to a player wallet, it cannot be reconverted back to cryptocurrency except via a supported cryptocurrency withdrawal where the player's account is crypto-eligible. ab4444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a player initiates a crypto transfer and the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All promotional offers on ab4444 are subject to specific terms. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms.
5.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your ab4444 wallet. Real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty schemes. Where bonus abuse is identified, ab4444 reserves the right to void all associated bonus balances and winnings, suspend the relevant account, and take any further steps deemed necessary including permanent account closure.
Each ab4444 promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Some promotions are available only to new registered players; others are available to all active accounts. Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit below the minimum qualifying deposit threshold are not eligible for promotional bonuses until their restriction period has ended.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.3 Malfunctions & Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or data feed failure affecting the outcome of a wager, ab4444 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. ab4444 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors or malfunctions that are outside ab4444's reasonable control, including errors originating from third-party game providers or data suppliers. Players who continue wagering on a game they know or suspect to be malfunctioning do so at their own risk and will not be entitled to winnings derived from that session.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Players using ab4444 agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the following obligations. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
ab4444 reserves the right to suspend or close player accounts in the circumstances described below. Players also have the right to close their own accounts at any time.
8.1 Suspension by ab4444
ab4444 may suspend a player account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or direction from a law enforcement or regulatory authority. 8.2 Closure by ab4444
Accounts that are found to have committed serious or repeated breaches of these Terms & Conditions may be permanently closed by ab4444. In the event of closure due to fraud, bonus abuse, identity fraud, or money laundering, ab4444 reserves the right to void all balances and withhold funds pending investigation. In all other cases where ab4444 initiates account closure without cause attributable to the player, any real-money balance will be returned via the player's preferred withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player
